I visited Iceland from 21th April until 7th of May in 2017, chasing the Ice Age browns in the famous lake Pingvallavatn.
Of course I visited the North side of the lake – the wonderful Nature Reserve.

- Camping in April in Iceland can be chilly
- You need a good sleeping bag
- Breathtaking
- I used Ingimundur’s bike to go to the lake everyday!
- Freezing cold water – better look for places were wading is not necessary
- Stripping, casting, stripping, casting
- Cold
- Very cold
- Sunshine, but still COLD
- Very cold
- My good friend Andrew brought me some nice food 🙂
